PeachAI may process images that contain human faces solely to provide its core features, such as photo enhancement, style transformation, and photo-to-video generation.
We want to clearly state the following:
User Control: All facial images are provided and uploaded voluntarily by users. PeachAI does not collect facial data without user action.
Purpose Limitation: Facial data is used strictly for generating the requested visual output and for no other purpose.
No Identification: PeachAI does not perform facial recognition, identity verification, or attempt to identify any individual.
No Model Training: Facial data is not used to train, improve, or develop AI models.

Retention Policy: Facial data is stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 30 days, or earlier if the user deletes it manually.

No user data is used for model training
